Hotel has a beautiful lobby with open seating and live piano player in the evenings. Went to the pool/ hot tub but both were pretty crowded and there was a loud echo (sat. night the kids playing in the pool). We were discouraged. Rooms are adequate & clean (we stayed in the garden rooms) - I saw other comments that these were outdated, but they’re fine. Charming real wood furniture, some with engraving and typical hotel fixtures. Dinner was nice and all the staff was friendly. Breakfast was overpriced - $24 for standard 2 egg breakfast - and $6 for a cup of drip coffee!! The portions were large, so you could split with a second person. That coffee price really blew my mind.

This is an amazing hotel and I will not be stay anywhere else in Salt Lake City moving forward. The rooms are fantastic little suites with outstanding bathrooms and views. The service is impeccable from the front desk to the valet who are very professional. The coffee shop breakfast diner downstairs is fantastic, and the indoor heated pool, hot tub, and gym are also top notch. You cannot beat the quality for the price.

We have done staycations all over downtown. This is the best value by far. Beautiful spacious rooms at a fair price. Sorry I forgot to take a picture of the room, but this is from are balcony on the top floor. View from room 1706

Great hotel located next to the light rail. The architecture is beautiful. Rooms are well appointed. Restaurants are top notch. This would be a 5-star if only for minor details. They don't offer you any water upon arrival or in the room. There were no slippers for the tile/hardwood floors in the room. At the rates charged, a simple bottle of water each day is not a big ask.

The first two rooms that I got were the cheaper double queen bedrooms and both them had issues with the fan that kept rattling. I asked management if they could switch me rooms and they did it kindly. Unfortunately the second room had the same issue with the rattling fan. They moved me a third time into the tower which was a much nicer room and that room was perfect. No complaints.

I’m so pleased with my stay. I have stayed many times before and have been pleased with everything each time. I love the Coffee Shop restaurant. The food and service were great. All the staff members have been nice and helpful. The bedroom was beautiful and very clean. The gym and pool area are nice and everything is neat and clean. Will continue to come back in the future.

The Little America is great. I will definitely stay here again. That said, it might not be for everyone. The main hotel spaces are impressive. Beautiful, clean, expansive. They have a lobby cafe, two shops, comfortable seating everywhere. The staff is courteous and accommodating. The buffet restaurant is unique and quite good. Not a lot of those outside of Vegas. So, it comes down to the room... Ours was clean and spacious. However, it was a bit dated and the HVAC unit did not work properly. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. The bathroom while big was tired.

Great for big family gatherings. We stayed a few nights with extended family. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The Christmas decor is great. Valet parking was also so nice!! Within walking distance of so many downtown sites and it’s also close to a train stop. We used the train to get around as well and the kids loved it.
